I just realised I haven't blogged in a while which is unlike me because I usually stick to my schedule, though the past few weeks have been pretty busy.

I've decided to enter Trop Jr again though is it not as easy as it sounds, who knew coming up with an unique idea could be so difficult. The holidays ended last week so I'm back at school which is great because half way through the year we get brand new timetables, its like starting fresh. The end of holidays also means going back to ballet though it didn't really feel like I had a break. My ballet exam results also came in and I can proudly say I did very well.

The cinema feels like a second home considering I've been four times in the past four weeks. I watched the family movie Inside Out twice and both times were very enjoyable. The movie is about the voices inside you head represented as the emotions joy, sadness, anger, disgust and fear. It is clever because we can all relate to events that occur in the movie. I also watched Ant Man which is now my favourite Marvel movie. I loved it because its not just about a guy who puts on a mask that makes him shrink its about second chances and team work. It also has the perfect balance of action, humour, love and sadness so I can't wait to watch it again. The third movie which I watched last night was Paper Towns though I'm sad to say I was very disappointed especially after loving The Fault in Our Stars.

As well as guitar and reading a great book called Maximum Ride- The Angel Experiment I've been getting organised for future post. Taking Stock August and a series of interviews are on the way. I've decided to interview people who inspire me to find out what inspires them and I'm starting with my year five teacher Miss Davis.

Such fun!

From reptiles to native Australian animals they were all there at Taronga Zoo which is where my family and I spent the day. Luckily the rain held off so it was a glorious day and perfect for photo taking. We took the ferry in which was a lot of fun and gave us an amazing view of Sydney. Our first look at the animals was from above as we took the Sky Safari. It was my first time riding it and it was incredible.

The first show we saw was the seal show which was very impressive. Its pretty amazing how the keepers have trained them so well to perform tricks and stunts, my favourite being when they dive into the water and 'fly' into the air to touch a hanging ball.

The animals are very lucky, they have the best view of Sydney Harbour.

The other show we saw was the bird show which was equally impressive as the seals. These birds were also very well trained and it was both amazing and scary when they flew low over the audience.

We all had such a fun time, it was a brilliant way to spend the day.

Such fun!
